Jim McIver, CRA, P.App has been an appraiser since 1985. He formed McIver Group Inc in 2000 to service local clients in London and surrounding area in the appraisal service.

COMMERCIAL
The Industrial, Commercial and Investment (ICI) division is active throughout much of Southwestern Ontario since 2015.
Robert McIver, B.A., AACI, P.App., has been appraising in the region since 2016. He completes appraisals for a wide variety of ICI properties.
RESIDENTIAL
Our experienced Residential Division also features a wealth of experience and knowledge in the industry. Our accredited appraisers are qualified to complete single family home, multi-family dwellings up to a four-plex, as well as rural estates.
Our residential appraisers typically complete assignments in London and the surrounding counties.
LEGAL, ASSESMENT
The company also has years of experience as expert witnesses related to both ICI and residential real estate and residential assessment appeals.
