We assist our ICI clients in London, Windsor, Sarnia, St. Thomas, Goderich and the balance of Southwestern Ontario. Residential appraisals are completed in London and the surrounding Counties.
COMMERCIAL
The Industrial, Commercial and Investment (ICI) division is active throughout much of Southwestern Ontario since 2015.
Andy Levers, B.Comm., AACI, P.App. has been appraising in the region since 1989. He completes appraisals for a wide variety of ICI properties, as well as expropriation appraisals.
RESIDENTIAL
Our experienced Residential Division also features a wealth of experience and knowledge in the industry. Our accredited appraisers are qualified to complete single family home, multi-family dwellings up to a four-plex, as well as rural estates.
Our residential appraisers typically complete assignments in London and the surrounding counties.
LEGAL, ASSESMENT
The company also has years of experience as expert witnesses related to both ICI and residential real estate and residential assessment appeals.
